      The individual residential building is located in a small village Tsikhisdziri, near Kobuleti. The territory is distinguished with authentic green environment  and amazing views on the sea. Architectural objective was to create a design which would be light and naturally adapt in the context. The building being under the ground -90 cm is surrounded by a swimming pool. Based on the concept, all borders were demolished between interior and exterior. To achieve this goal, big transparent glass walls were installled. Green roof, compact and flexible bedroom and other spaces are main advantage of the house, which will make living in this building more comfortable and pleasant.
