Multi-Functional Comlex is located in Batumi, district Adlia in an outstanding green environment. The concept was to keep existing green area and create a new space which would naturally inscribe into the context. The Comlex consists of two independet  buildings which stand on separate pillars. The following structures are presented: Hotel rooms, wine shop and win bar, restaurant, conference room, inside swimming pool, gym and two types of sauna.
