A 11-store contemporary residential building is located in Adjara, Kobuleti region, Chakhvi. This hotel-type residential building consists of atypical structure and is developed on nearly the entire parameter. In front of the projecting area, there are 2-store hotel cotteges (hight - 6 m). Therefore, the first  residential floor of the building has altitute of 6 meters, in order to have a View on the Sea. Three panthouses with different structure are located on the top floor of the building.
