Individual Residential Building

According to the architectural concept, the residential house project is designed for two families. The project area is distinguished by its relief, the street level is 6 meters higher than the yard, so from the very beginning it was a challenge to design the living spaces in this case. The house consists of two underground and 4 above-ground floors. Two families are distributed on the floors in such a way that they can easily collaborate if they wish, and otherwise live independently through aluminum curtain blinds and various architectural techniques. The minimalist, simple architectural appearance, bare concrete, gives the building the expectation of adapting to nature.
