Individual Residential Building

The hotel-type residential building is located in Kobuleti and consists of 7 floors and 40 apartments. The horizontal composition was determined by the relief, since it is narrow and long in shape, the building also follows its contours. The leading element of the composition is aluminum curtain blinds, which actually more or less protect the building from atmospheric precipitation and excessive sunlight, while the exposed concrete structure gives it greater strength and solidity.
