The architectural environment of the project area is eclectic. The urban environment, consisting of hotels, residential and family hotels built at different times, consists of less distinctive architectural objects. Their basic appearance and color scheme are mostly identical. The shape of the project building is dictated by the architectural concept, which involves the vertical division of the building into four unequal parts, which visually reduces the height of the building. That is why the floors of the building differ from each other in shape and color. The first five floors of the building are a kind of modern, thoughtful replica of the surrounding buildings, while the subsequent circular floors are designed so that all apartments located there have a virtually 360-degree uninterrupted and beautiful view.
