Individual Residential Building

The tourist center and hotel building is the first object in the “Chvani Valley Tourist Infrastructure”. The space from which the “Chvani Valley of New Discoveries” begins. “Emotionally, substantively and conceptually, the building was to be a kind of summary of what kind of architectural solutions should await the visitor. The historical-cultural subtext is the basis that inspired the planning of the space. The composition of the Khabelashvili Bridge and the local construction tradition are the main elements, the desire for modern changes to which also appeared at the very beginning of the design. In the end, the building emerged as a single whole, with interdependent common spaces.
